I think I'm making...
- felted soaps for the dude (he loves the Neutrogena for men power scrub)
- the abandoned flip flop project from last year for my mother, sister, and aunt (pictured)
- ribbon candy ornaments for my grandmother
- felted eyeglass case for my mother-in-law
- scrapbook travel mugs for my brothers-in-law And then, I'm at a loss. What about my uncle? four nephews? father-in-law? Why is it always the boys who are so hard to craft for? What about my sisters-in-law who I hardly know? Indeed, what?
Ideas welcome.

Yeah, the male of the species would rather have a video game than a hand crafted anything. Sigh. That's why I usually depend on baking. Men and boys always go for cookies and homemade candies. Peanut brittle anyone?
My SIL prefers gift certificates to Target. I swear we are different species.
Love the felted soap - what a cool idea! And I really liked the ribbon candy ornaments you made last year - I want to make some for our house. :)
Do your nephews have iPods? Weren't you making covers for iPods at one point? You'd have to come up with some funky and hip designs, but it could be fun.
Felted wool key fobs? Biscornu soccer balls?
Mostly, I'm with Kathryn, though. Give them food.
I'm sorry, I should have reminded you that all of my nephews are under 6. I hope they don't have iPods! 6, 5, 3, and 9 mos (at Christmas). We will be traveling to the UK from the US so I'm not keen on the idea of bringing food gifts, and I won't bake while I am there.
Wait! Where's my iPod cover? You know Best Pal does not allow discussion of Thanksgiving until Columbus Day and No Christmas talk until Veterans' Day. So keep it down.
Hello Ladies my name is Bob Pratt and proud to be a male and a great cross sticher.
Anna-I love the idea for the felted soaps. What a great gift to go in a bath basket. I want to order that large candy bag of roving.
It's July definitely time to think of Christmas, it's going to be here in no time.
