A round of applause for Diana, Barbara, Melissa, Redwitch, and Kathryn. Yay! Please make sure I have your snail mail, and prepare yourselves to receive the wrinkliest items ever. I figure you all have this ironing thing down as well as I do.
You may have noticed that I forgot to post this month's anniversary drawing. It was all the excitement of the new dog, who incidentally is not as much like a crying baby as I previously thought. Although she was up at 3am, 4:30 am, and 5:30 am barking and howling (which may register higher on the decibel scale), we put some of our dirty old clothes in the crate and covered it with a blanket (the two suggestions we received). It worked like magic. It was surreal. I wish that stinky clothes and blankets could help the human mothers just as well. Still, she farts like a stinky baby--one that's on solids--so it's not all fun and games.
But I digress...the drawing. Some of you may have noticed that tomorrow is the last day of June. I had promised one drawing a month to celebrate these five-almost-six years of blogging. So will the blogging gods smite me if I draw on Friday? Should I just have it open for 24 hours and limit the number of potential winners to those who check my blog incessantly? Or should we call the quilts June's drawing and try harder next month?
By the way, the June prize is Blackbird's Souvenir de France Freebie stitched with cashmere(!) and appliqued onto a project case made from Barb and Alma's sampler fabric.

Well..... I think you should limit the drawing to the first person to respond! Oh, is that me??? How great!
Darn. I was really hoping to win the horse.
24-hour drawing - less chance for others to enter. :-)
I think you can use the quilts for June.
I also emailed you about your puppy farts. :) I've been having a similar problem.
Quilts for June - then you're done. Glad to hear Stella is adjusting!
Ooh, please add my name to this lovely draw.
Puppy farts don´t sound like too much fun - hope you find a resolution :)
I'm torn between wishing for another draw so I could enter it and thinking that to ease it for you to leave it to the quilts for your June Drawing.
I know that doesn't help you decide...sorry...
Maybe the farting is just a nervous condition, poor Stella. Glad she is adjusting some already. Skip the giveaway, you already have four packages to mail.
CJ ok;-)
Oooh that is so nice :) will mail with my address.
I think that's a pretty good give away for one month!
Dog farts are the worst, I bet she looks all innocent too.
I jump over here from Reader all the time but it probably shows up most days as Bloomington, IL because I do most of my blog reading from the work server. (Don't tell my boss.)
Decisions, decisions. I say make it easy on yourself. We'll show up and beg to be included no matter when you draw!
You won't be smitten by the blogging gods, you're far too generous. The quilts are enough for June. Souvenir de France stitched in cashmere...I'm swooning.
Stella looks sweet. She'll grow out of her farting puppy phase soon.

Our pup had farts too. They lasted until he was about a year old. But we tried this stuff called Excel digestive aid and it worked great. It probably cut down on the stinkiness by more than half. We ordered it out of the Foster and Smith catalog, but I'm sure it's at the pet store too.
We would wrap it in cheese and he got used to taking pills while he was young. It was good practice for the heartworm pills later.
Well, I check your blog all the time (although sometimes don't reply just because of timing issues), but whatever you decide is great with me. But stitched with cashmere - sounds wonderful!
Wow! I am so excited!! Lone Star and me are going to have a relationship!
I think stop stressing yourself out, and make this June.
Doggy farts, they are allergic to their food (they cannot digest it properly), thus: change food.
Barbara, me? Or another Barbara. Funny, I only knew one other Barbara (and she actually insisted on being called Barbie if you can believe that) until I started stitching and blogging. Suddenly there are dozens, if not scores, of us! If it's Barbara-me, hooray! If it's another Barbara, congrats to her.
Speaking of stinky babies, have you tried lamb & rice blends for Stella? It's all that would work for our previous dog, whose farts would make you gasp and crawl out of the room. I think we settled on Eukanuba as being the most stink-free.
I agree with those who decree that you've done enough for June. :) As for doggy farts, it just makes me laugh. Phoebe used to fart very rarely and would be so alarmed by them coming out that she would run away from them. LOL. Now, since she's been ill and coughs so much, she tends to fart while she's coughing. It's still pretty funny, but then she doesn't make much of a stink...
Dog farts appear to be a popular topic :D Personally, I'd like to vouch for the stinky clothes. My dog's a fan. It's thundering today, so I know she's in the laundry hiding.
Wish I'd been around for the drawing!
We all seem to agree, dog farts are bad news. Whenever you decide to do the drawing for souvenir de France...I'm in. Sounds yummy stitched with cashmere!
DOG Farts are the worst!!! Congrats to the winners!!

Stella is a beauty! Thankfully I haven't experienced any dog farts yet with my new puppy. We feed her raw meat mixed with cooked veggies and ground up eggs shells. Sounds gross, but she really enjoys it and seems to have no digestive problems.
I'd love to have my name included if you happen to have a draw for Souvenir de France. Thanks!
Congrats to the winners :) It was really nice of you to offer up the prize draws :D
