Today's Santa is one of Sandy Cozzolino's patterns. I've stitched many of these and collected many more in my stash. This is one of the more traditional ones. I love the crazy facial hair on these guys. I'll probably show you more of these in the days to come and I'll say more about them then. Because right now I've got to go to bed. I'm so tired. I'm training Stella to walk with a hiking jacket, and she's a very stubborn girl. The only way I can get her moving at all is to run. Between the prodding and the running, I'm not sure I can keep this up!
Deborah Saint Germain at Woodensails provides today's DIY Santa: a primitive cross-stitch Santa.

I love these ornaments.
Oy, Stella! Catch a wake up!!
A friend of mine recently was told by someone she was using the wrong equipment to walk her dogs. She had harnesses and they were pulling her all over the place. I wonder if the hiking jacket doesn't suit Stella. Not in a fashion sense, I get she isn't too Paris Hilton for that. But in a fit sense.
He makes a great ornament!
Love both your ornaments.

Is that a bow-tie beard? Cute!
Stella: I've read that it helps if you put a bottle of water or similar item to make her think she's doing something of value. I guess just the jacket makes her warm... Need one of those pet psychics to have a chat with her to find out what she needs?
I've got quite a few of these, finished and yet to be finished, they are awesome!
