Santa, Day Eight-13

You know things are bad when your aunt emails you to ask if you're okay because you haven't blogged in a while. It's just been crazy busy. There are so many things I have to do every day. And we still don't have a tree. Yikes!

Anyway, six missing days, six Santas:

These are really old Mill Hill Kits "Charmed Santa Faces I." (I didn't love Charmed Santa Faces II quite as much.) These are still available at the Silver Needle (scroll all the way down!) I think I may have done these when I was coming out of my dissertation coma.  I still love them all! Their beards are awesome. I think my favorite is the guy with the pope hat.

I've got to run because I still haven't done the dishes or finished the present I am making for the Old Lady Christmas party tomorrow. Fortunately I made the trek to Port Richmond yesterday so that I have pierogies for the crockpot, my contribution to the potluck. Do you feel my frazzle?

And because I am in the middle of card crafting, today's DIY: Santa card from BHG. Or this one. Or a more vintage look. Or a Blue Santa. {Note: these are all from the same slideshow. I just picked out the Santas for you.}

Cute! I have one of these but I can't remember which one. The decorations came down from the loft this afternoon. Now I should go rummage!
