The mermaid got an elbow. I had a three hour coffee klatsch to attend during my regular stitching time. Since I was drinking salted caramel hot chocolate, there was no stitching.
Sorry both pictures are so blurry. I had to take them at dark o'thirty. Stella needed to go to daycare before my 9 a.m. dental appointment. I'm a dentist's dream girl; she looked at my mouth for about five seconds before she told me my teeth looked great.

salted caramel hot chocolate?? YUM - sounds delish!
I actually finished one of Liz Turner Diehl's gardens - and it was great when it was done but it required much patience and changing of threads.
Whose mermaid is the one you're working on now? Looks great! I have one by Mirabilia I think - something of the Pearls where the mermaid is swimming upwards with lots of beads and pearls and sparkly bits. Have yet to start her but I will some day!
Oh that sounds like a great drink. Your mermaid is looking great-love the colors.
Any kind of chocolate drink sounds great to me! Your mermaid is looking lovely and yet another great bit of progress on the 2nd pic, too.
I usually get pretty good reports from the hygienist but not that fast! Good for you; that must have meant little to no scraping!
YUM! I love salted caramel hot chocolate!
I've just browsed through all your new starts of the CJC. Great choices. It was a lot of fun to read everyone's blogs and see what they all started.
I will follow your progress on the Mermaid.
Anything with caramel and chocolate sounds great! LOL. Love the Mermaid project :)
