Too Thick

No, I'm not too thick. I've been working on my mother's flip flop (photo soon, promise!). It's on an 18 count fabric. Mostly, I'm stitching with one strand of wildflowers and flosses of similar thickness. But I've gotten to the point where I am stitching with Thread Gatherer's linen thread Flax'n Colors. It's too much floss! You should see the back of the project; it's like I laid jute on it. At first I was crossing each ex, but the amount of floss on the back was getting ridiculous, so I started stitching Danish style. It's a shame because this design looks so nice. And I will show you soon.
