Football and stitch-ass. They go hand in hand, just ask
Rosey Grier.
I'm not sure I'm going to be able to handle the college football season this year. This new freshman QB for
USC doesn't have much until the final minutes of each half. You can see why Coach Carroll--is there any cuter coach in college ball? I think he should headline the "coaches of the NCAA" calendar.
But I digress. You can see why Pete promoted this young man: anyone who can play that well under that kind of pressure?
I don't think I can take the pressure of watching this season if all the games are going to be like that last minute dismantling of the superior Ohio State team. I could hardly watch, which is good because that meant I spent more time stitching. And I finished all the exes on Martini. Loads of beading left; got to get out the
Tacky BOB.
I plan to stop by my
alma mater's craft group today. And BIG EXCITEMENT! my
LNS is starting a
stitching night. The first one is this Friday. I think the Workbasket mermaids will get some attention this week.
