Finish: Flat Fold

Quick post. Sunday's project. Love the backing fabric on this one (in foreground). Lee brought me this fabric when she came to stitch at my house with other people, back when I did that sort of thing. I told you to "look for it in the near future," by which, I apparently meant "seven years hence."

You can make a frame this way too.

Oh great, a flatfold. A finishing technique that I still have to try. Yours is looking really good. I love the two-coloured cording.

Well done in finding the fabric just in time to finish this one! And remembering where it came from too. It looks great.

So pretty! I'm not an orange person, but I like the colors together.

Such a pretty design! The flatfold turned out really well. I had another link I was going to tell you about for an even simpler method of making the flatfold, but it was on iVillage and that site got scooped up by today.com. Hoping I can remember how I did it so I can make some notes for myself at least.
