Spiced Pecans from Alton Brown. Popped into a treat bag from the craft store and topped with a stamped card. I would have stapled it on, but our stapler is broken. :-p
I have a dilemma. I am leaving tomorrow morning for a short vacation with the dude. Even though I have tried and tried to work ahead, I'm not ahead. Not behind either, so that's something. I do have a project prepped for March 11th, but I can't show it early, it's for my BIL's birthday.
I could stay up all night and craft, but I have to take the car in to be inspected at 7 am and I'm still not packed. I think my successful run might have come to an end.
Enjoy the vacation instead and don't worry. I certainly could use a vacation after this winter!

Go on vacation when you should be crafting??!! Shocking!! Where's your commitment to the craft??!! :D :P
ReplyDeleteGo and enjoy...you could be struck by inspiration when gone and return all energised and end up doing a bucket load of stuff that would push you well ahead!
Have a great time away!! Maybe you need to do some photo hunt type crafts on your trip to make cards of later?
ReplyDeleteYum. Enjoy your mini vacation.

I like Chris' suggestion of taking photos on your vacation and using them as part of a craft later. Maybe do a decoupaged photo frame or something. I think that would count.
ReplyDeleteOh! Oh! Oh! You'll be MAKING memories. There ya go.
ReplyDeleteLooks yummy and pretty! I think it's more important for you to enjoy your vacation and have fun. Don't worry about keeping up with craft days. Have a good trip!
