This is Brightneedle's Friendship, which I started on New Year's Day in 2014. And I don't think I've worked on it since then. (So much for begin as you mean to go on!) (Or maybe that's exactly what that means? If you have a new start, you will just keep having new starts...maybe I should finish something on New Year's Day!) It is stitched on an off-white fabric, 32 count with the called for colors, mostly DMC.
I think in next year's rotation, I'm going to have to include an over one project, because my over one days are numbered. (Although I do still have that magnifier I never use...)
*And by that I mean it has a beautiful, tasty flesh, not watery, perfect texture.

Looks great Nikki.

You are so right about over one stitching (that is doesn't look like much). Your piece will be worth it though when finished. Enjoy your Saturday!
I love over one stitching, you just have to hold it closer to your eyes to see it. I have minus ten vision in my worst eye so my stitching focal length is 3 inches. Biggest danger is stabbing my nose with the needle!
It's annoying when it looks like you haven't done much and you know you have. It's a lovely looking stitch.
