In the Nick of Time...Late on Another

Anniversary present for the dude.
Don't
Monsterbubbles c 2005
Called for Silk n Colors. 35 count WDW Havana.
Had to add the extra apostrophe in let's. It belongs there; trust me.
Tomorrow night we'll be having a really romantic dinner but I'll tell you all about that on Wednesday. Don't forget, tomorrow is Guest Blogger Tuesday!

Unfortunately, I've been scooped by Craftzine. Back in March, dd's mom, Jomama, gave us a couple of vinyl zippered pouches that those sheet sets come in to carry our projects. And I really meant to blog about it months ago. But I'm such a procrastinator. Now I know why I need to get right on things that I need to share with you. You could have been using this for months. There's even a handy pocket (you can just make it out because it is clear) where you can put your name and contact info in case you ever get separated from your stuff.

Great job on DH's gift - he'll love it, I'm sure! Great idea on those sheet sets packaging. I always hated to toss them 'cause they had to be useful for something - now I know what!

Thanks!

The stitchery is beautiful, of course, and I love the colors brown and blue together. I feel doubly scooped, though -- I've been using those bags for a couple years now.

Happy Anniversary to you both! I remember your wedding fondly and miss you both.

Oh -- I almost forgot -- good work on adding the apostrophe. That would have driven me crazy too.

It looks wonderful!

Wow, guess I was ahead of the curve on the plastic sheet cover bags. They are handy. I actually store WIPS in them, so they don't get dusty. I also have one that stores things that need to get framed someday.

Great finish, congrats. I am sure he will love it, especially with that apostrophe right where it needs to be. CJ ok;-)

Ha! I thought I was the only one who edited cross-stitched writing. I'm so with you on the "let's." I recently added an apostrophe to a "don't" in a pattern, and I had to work out if there was enough room before I ever started the piece. And don't tell anyone, but occasionally I add in the missing "j's" on samplers. Shhh, it'll be our little secret.

By the way, great present for the dude. LOVE the colors on that fabric, and the saying is just perfect! Good combo!

Scoop, schmoop. Your picture's better. (How's that for an apostrophe in the right place?)

(Yup, completely trust you on that one. My BA can't hold your PhD's panty hose.)

(That's supposed to be the feminine version of the "can't hold your jock" phrase, but methinks it has fallen flat after reading it.)

(sigh)

LOVE the anniversary present. Very very cool.

It's lovely. And of course the apostrophe needed adding.

The bag is probably something a ton of people know about, and Craft just noticed :)
