Candletime

One of my friends invented a holiday she calls Candletime. It runs from November 1 to Thanksgiving and she sees it as a way of creating space between Halloween and Christmas. It's a relaxing little ritual where you light candles and have a warm beverage, or you know, a glass of wine, she's not bossy.

I like this candle. It's from Bath and Bodyworks and it smells like my next husband. 😂

I like that idea of candletime, but I would have to go with one of those battery operated candles. Enjoy your Monday!

I've been practicing candletime since mid-October!

I love that mug. Here in England our Candletime would run from Hallowe'en to the first Sunday in Advent when we light the first candle on the Blue Peter Advent Crown. Ask Pete for memories of that one!
