On the Road

The dude and I have taken our show on the road. Not to worry, I brought projects I could finish by hand! I packed all the accoutrements--sewing thread and needles, shears, beads. And then when I was three quarters of the way around this ornament, I realized I didn't bring stuffing!
I specifically choose a larger bead for this beaded edging to echo the snowballs on the ornament.
Links when it's finished for real.

Argh! Hard to remember all the bits and bobs you need when travelling.

I agree with Beth, it's hard to remember everything! Cute ornament.

Forgetting your stuffing is just another way to prove you aren't a robot. Enjoy your roadtrip!

You could have inprovised and used a pair of tights or maybe cotton wool!

Love the pom-poms on the trim

What a fun way to finish it off, the larger beads do look like snowballs :) Two bad you were missing the stuffing to totally finish it, but it looks like you should have it done in no time once you get that.

You should have titled this 'I'm stuffed'!

Never mind, you are doing a sterling job!
