Mug, Mugged, Mugging

When I was wandering around thrift stores looking for ties, I also had an eye out for mugs that would work for this project. I found three (that's the way, isn't it?) IKEA mugs for a buck each. It was a price I was willing to pay.

Then I bought an oil-based Sharpie because I couldn't find the pen that Crafts by Amanda had used in any of the nearby craft stores. (I've got all three at varying distances.)

Then I waited until I was nearly broken by my National Craft Month craft-a-day challenge. And I drew mustaches.

And yes, I am that punchy!

Those are awesome! You could use that idea for X-mas presents!

Cute, but I think it may be a good thing that this marathon is ending soon. ;-)

And I assume one of the recipients of these wonderful mugs is your cousin's daughter who is so enamoured with all things mustachio that you told us about previously?

Even better than finding the mugs and drawing the mustaches on them is managing to con your models into posing with them. Kudoes!

Aren't you just the clever girl? Really fun. You could have left one plain and said it was a milk mustache. Yeah, I know. Not even a little bit funny. Oh well.

While catching up with your blog, my son looked at the screen and said, "Oh my God, I want." So: punchy success. =D
