Missing Project and the Slightly Expanded List

I have another goal for my stitching this year: monthly ornament stitching, which I started today with the old ladies. Poor Irene, she gets so stressed when I pull out a blank piece of linen. I joined a blog thing for the this goal, but I have already forgotten where. If it's your blog, remind me. Thanks. That will be the Sunday photo. Or maybe I'm supposed to wait to show that until the last Wednesday of the month.

To recap my 2013 goals:

  1. five new Crazy starts
  2. finish four WIPs
  3. stitch a monthly ornament

It's not too far in to this Crazy January Challenge, and yet things have gone awry. As you know I am starting a new project every three days. So yesterday, I should have shown my new start...only I didn't start. On Wednesday I had an interview. And I worked hard on Monday and Tuesday preparing so there was no stitching. And I spent the rest of Wednesday fretting! Think good thoughts. This may be The One.

You're the one; you're the best one; that's the mantra. Hope the job works out for you.

On the stitching front, you're preaching to the choir when you tell us you were going to stitch this and life got in the way. We all hear you and have done the same thing, perhaps too many times. But we're all still stitching and showing progress.

Fingers crossed for you--

Good luck with your goals. I've joined ornament SAL also :) Mine is at http://stitchinglotus.ca/ornament-sal/
And this year I do not do any crazy starts. I'm trying to concentrate on my WIPs... The number is ever growing so this year I'm allowing myself one new start after one or two finishes.

Hmm - assuming it was Christmas ornaments, could be this one:

I'm thinking about it, now, too!

Good luck with the job search- fingers, toes and stitches (and eyes)crossed!
I WAS going to do an ornament a month again this year, and to seal the deal I won Victoria Motto Samplers ornament PDF during her Christmas giveaway. Alas, despite 2 emails (one after 10 days, then again after her last drawing where she gave away the same pdf chart to all who hadn't won anything), I haven't received an email back from her. Maybe I should try again? I gave her all 3 of my email addresses...typical luck of mine.

Yep, I think it was my blog. Your name is on the list.

And thanks for the reminder, I need to get back to work on my ornament!
